Avenue Real Estate’s Property Management Team provides property management services to property owners in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. Services include securing qualified renters for the property, timely rent collection, and maintenance services on properties as needed/requested.

Leasing Services provided:

• Market property / Tenant Placement
• Show Property to potential renters
• Lease negotiations and execution
• Lease renewals
• Run credit, criminal, and eviction history on all applicants (Check credit $50 paid with application fee)
• Verify employment and income.
• Present all information for owner to approve or disapprove
• Provide copies of all documents digitally

Management Services:

• Provide address for mail and/or locked box for rent delivery
• Collect Rents and send owner check monthly
• Detailed Monthly Statements By Property
• Renters have option to Pay by Credit Card — 3% fee added to rent amount
• Electronic maintenance request for tenants via website or direct emergency number for property manager on call 24 hours a day
• Manage all notices to tenant
• Move-in and move-out inspections
• Schedule and over see move-out maintenance for new tenants

Maintenance Services:

• Manager will promptly schedule all maintenance issues
• 24 hour emergency service provided
• Manage and verify work preformed by vendor
• Send invoices and pictures of work performed electronically to owner.
